The Socialist Legacy is an anthology of the historical socialist movement, drawn from long-neglected periodicals, pamphlets, and books bequeathed by that mostly forgotten or misunderstood tradition.

We hope to inspire renewed interest in that tradition, and to rectify prevailing misconceptions concerning its nature and aims.
